Welcome to PC Recreation! We rely on student employees to fill various positions throughout the year. Working with Campus Recreation is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to develop real-world experience and career-ready skills, including problem-solving, teamwork, communication, time management, and conflict resolution. Please fill out the form below with your class schedule, as well as other organization commitment times (practice, FSL Leadership Meetings, etc) that you believe will conflict with times to hold meetings.

Beginning Fall 2025, FEDERAL WORK STUDY students will be expected to work 8-10 hours each week, and COLLEGE WORK STUDY will be expected to work 4-6 hours each week. Students are able to work more than this if their financial award allows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of marketing materials
• Create print and digital media (brochures, flyers, newsletters, social media graphics, etc.)
• Develop content for online, digital signage, and social media promotion
• Prepare E-newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, and videos
• Support employee training materials and internal communication efforts
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
• Knowledge of graphic design best practices (color, typography, resolution)
• Experience with social media content creation is a plus
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
